No Refunds
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the nature of our technical consulting, architecture planning, and engineering services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or services have been rendered.
1. Service Delivery
Upon engagement, our team immediately begins allocating resources, infrastructure, and engineering time to your account. For this reason, all payments made are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an ongoing subscription or retainer, you must provide notice in accordance with your specific master service agreement (MSA). Cancellation will prevent future billing, but will not result in a refund for past periods or work already delivered.
3. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy will only be made at the sole discretion of Potenciados leadership or where required by applicable law.
