Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies.
Effective
The short version
A handful of cookies are strictly necessary to make this site work — those are always on. On top of that we use Google Tag Manager to measure how the site and our campaigns perform. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada, those measurement cookies are off until you accept the notice, and stay off if you decline. Nothing here is used to profile you as an individual.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember something between page loads — like whether you picked dark mode. "Similar technologies" means things that do the same job by other means, such as local storage, which keeps data in your browser rather than sending it to us with every request.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These make the site function. They do not require consent, and the site cannot work properly without them.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
theme | Potenciados | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, so the page renders correctly on the server before it reaches you. | 1 year |
cookie-consent | Potenciados | Remembers whether you accepted or declined measurement cookies, so we stop asking and can apply your answer before anything loads on the next page. | 1 year |
pt_auth | Potenciados | A flag saying "someone is signed in", so the site shows your account menu instead of a sign-in button. It contains no personal information and no session token. | Session |
sb-* | Supabase | Keeps you signed in to your account. Only set once you sign in. | Session / up to 1 year |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Tells bots apart from people and protects the site from attack. | Up to 30 minutes / 1 year |
Local storage
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
theme | Your light/dark preference, so the correct theme applies before the page paints and you never see a flash of the wrong one. |
Cloudflare Turnstile
When you submit the booking form, we run Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are a person and not a bot. It may set a short-lived token in your browser for that check. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs: it does not track you across sites and does not use your data for advertising.
Measurement — only with your consent
We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tags. Tag Manager is a container: it sets no cookies of its own, but the tags inside it do. Those tags tell us which pages people read, which campaigns bring them, and where the site loses them — aggregate questions about the site, not about you personally.
We run Google Consent Mode. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada every measurement and advertising signal starts denied: the tags load but are barred from storing anything until you accept, and if you decline they stay barred. Elsewhere they start on, and you can still turn them off in your browser or by declining the notice.
Once you accept, the tags in our container may set cookies such as:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Tells one visit apart from another so we can count visitors and see which pages they use. | Up to 2 years |
_gcl_* | Google Ads | Records that an ad click led to an enquiry, so we know which campaigns pay for themselves. | Up to 90 days |
That list covers what our container is set up to load. It is the one thing on this page most likely to drift: if we add a tag that sets a different cookie, this table gets updated in the same change.
What we do not use
- No session recording or heatmap tools.
- No selling of personal information, and no sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- No profiling that makes decisions about you as an individual.
Your choices
- Change your mind: clear the
cookie-consentcookie in your browser and the notice appears again on your next visit. - Decline: the site works exactly the same — only the measurement cookies stay off.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, for all sites or just this one.
- Use private browsing so cookies are discarded when you close the window.
- Clear the
themevalue and we will simply follow your system preference again. - Opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with Google's browser add-on.
Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will not stop you using the site, but you may find it forgets your theme or fails to keep you signed in.
Changes to this policy
If we add, remove, or change a cookie, we will update the table above and revise the effective date at the top of this page.
